Is Your Defendant Collectible

Wouldn’t it be great to know if it was worth filing suit against an individual or business prior to the lawsuit?  At this point in the litigation process we do not have a legal right to search for bank accounts and try to find out how much money someone has in the bank but conducting an asset search can give you an insight into the individual’s collectability.

Our team of researchers are knowledgeable about finding tangible assets as well as following the tracks of prior assets in order to determine if they were fraudulently hidden.  Whether were are looking for assets of a business or an individual our staff understands how these records are kept, how these records change over time and where to find all of the pertinent records.  In addition to tangible assets we research the individual or business’s litigation history to determine if your client will simply be one of many trying to collect.
