Our job as your legal support investigators is to make sure that you look good in the end. We understand that by referring your client to us, you are extending your own credibility to us. We take the responsibility of representing you very seriously and always handle your client’s case professionally, ethically and tenaciously.

As an attorney, you have very specific needs from an investigator who specializes in legal support work. Although we pride ourselves on being able to handle whatever needs you may have, we listed below the type of cases we are most frequently asked to undertake and therefore deemed specialists at.

Locating Witnesses:

You already have a large variety of internet based search tools and paid information services available to assist in locating witnesses yourself; unfortunately, even these tools have their limitations and finding a witness may not be the most effective use of your time. At ASG, we have the tools, knowledge, professional training and the investigative experience that allows us to find witnesses quickly and cost effectively.

Locating witnesses for attorneys and people for private clients

Interviewing & Statement Taking:

When you need someone located, often times we find them at a new address, in a new town or even a different state. What they know may help, but it also may not. At ASG we pride ourselves in having professionally trained investigators who take statements. They are skilled and experienced at working with witnesses to determine what they truly know and how to document it in a way that you need. Many of our interviewers are graduates of the REID school of interviewing and interrogation.

Asset Searches:

Successfully obtaining a judgment for your client is wonderful. Knowing that there are assets available to collect on that judgment is not guaranteed. That’s where we come in. Either pre or post judgment, we assist attorneys and their clients in determining if their opposition has assets to collect upon, if they are already encumbered or where they are trying to hide them.

Collectible Asset Searches, tangible assets
Computer forensics

Computer Forensics:

With more and more evidence residing on computers, ASG has developed one of the nation’s preeminent computer forensic investigative departments. We provide our client’s with documents, email message, files and more derived from a computer that were thought to be deleted years ago. When you need computer evidence obtained, ASG is the solution.

Background Checks:

Having all the facts can make or break your pleadings, deposition or even your case. Our private investigators will dig deep to find out a person’s real background. When you need the truth, ASG can find it.

Conducting Surveillance

Surveillance

Nothing does a better job of demonstrating the truth than video. When your case involves an individual engaging in some behavior they deny doing or are prohibited from doing, we get it on film for you. From insurance fraud to violations of non-compete agreements, we can cover it.

We encourage you to contact one of our investigators to discuss your specific legal support investigative needs.
